No custom margin options Excel 365

I have access to Microsoft 365 through my work PC and I'm making a sign-in sheet on Excel. The sheet has massive header and footer margins that I would like to instead be rows of the table. I have no options to use custom margins that I can find. Is there any way to not have useless sections of header and footer on my sheet?

You are using Excel online, there is only one option in page setup.

Page setup>Page Margins > set it to narrow.

If you want to set it to 0. You need to open Excel file in Desktop application.

I can't even open the ribbon customization options. There are no available options. Right-clicking on the ribbon does nothing.

Could you share us a screenshot of Customize Ribbon?

You may try the "reset" button to reset all the customzations.

Could you also share us your office version?

Page Layout > Margins> set the Margins value you want.
