Microsoft project management software used to plan, manage, and communicate a project schedule and other information among workgroup members, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Do you have a question for the group? If so, please share it.
Also, just as an aside, I would personally NEVER recommend creating a project with a WBS such as you show in your example. All you have done is created the stages of the project management life cycle as summary sections in the project. In my opinion, a much better way to organize your project would be into deliverable sections, where each deliverable in the project is a summary task. The subtasks in each deliverable section should be the steps needed to create the deliverable. And then create a milestone at the end of each deliverable section that will represent the finish date of the deliverable.
Just a thought. Hope this helps.
