Microsoft Teams invitations not showing Accept, Decline, notes or date and time in icloud (google chrome browser) but have a mime attachment in iOS mail (iphone). Not showing in Teams calendar either. I have to open the invite notes in iPhone, copy paste and email back to myself. No accept or decline buttons on iphone either.

    MattHallam's issue was very clearly explained and we have the same problem where one of our staff uses the Mac Mail app and gets a whole load of text in the meeting invitation but is missing the date and time of the meeting as well as the accept or decline buttons. Is there a solution?

    @Matt Hallam ,

    This is by design.

    Microsoft Teams includes the Outlook add-in, which lets you create new Teams meetings directly from Outlook. However, mail app has no such add-in plug-in. So, please schedule Teams meeting from Outlook client or Teams client.

    @Izzie Apple Mail shows the meeting time/date in an iCal (Apple's calendar) information bar at the top of the emailed notification, with buttons that say "maybe", "decline", "accept". So the details are there, BUT if the user clicks "accept" without noting them down, they're gone. I learned the hard way ...

    I have managed to solve this issue by clicking on the three dots in the bottom right hand corner of the message and selecting 'download message'. Then click on download and it opens as an outlook invite and you can see the time and date.
