Hi, I'm having this issue with my exchange server 2016. Does anyone has ever experienced the same issue or know the resolution?

I did a quick search about this error but didn't see anything that can be applied. Could you try to elaborate the things below so that we can see if more clues can be found?
- Was any change made in the Exchange environment right before this issue occurred?
- Please make sure all Exchange related services on the server are running.
- Have a look at the event viewer when this occurs and see if there's any potentially relevant event recorded there.

Anyway we've already did this steps below, but problem persist;
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/troubleshoot/client-connectivity/owa-stops-working-after-updateAlso from our team, theres no activity regarding with SU/CU update.
we checked from installed SU/CU update, and theres no history from new installation.Is there anyway to solve this issue ?
