    Hello Camila,

My name is Ravi and I’m happy to help you with your question. Thanks for contacting this forum. I understand your concern as your email address is compromised.

There is no option to swap email address if you have any active subscription or any other features used with existing email. If required you can close existing account and open a new account with option to move minimum features from existing account.

I would suggest you to follow below steps to secure your account.

The first thing you’ll want to do to protect your account is to change your password.

    Step 1:

    1. Go to Recover your account and type in the email address, phone number, or Skype name you use to sign in. Then select Next. https://account.live.com/password/reset
    2. We'll ask where you'd like to get your security code. Select Next.
    3. Type the requested information and select Send code.
    4. Type the security code into Verify your identity, then select Next.
    5. Type in your New password. Then confirm it by typing it again into the Re-enter password field.

Step 2: Add 2 factor authentication

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account Advanced security options. https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional
    2. Under Additional security and Two-step verification choose Turn on or Turn off.
    3. Follow the instructions shown on the screen.

    Details in below link. https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/c7910146-672f-01e9-50a0-93b4585e7eb4

Step 3: Go to Control panel -> Uninstall Programs. Remove any unwanted or unfamiliar software's installed recently

Step 4: Run updates in Windows device

    1. Update all the hardware drivers, if updates are available from your manufacturer.
    2. Run Windows updates. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates
    3. Turn on Windows defender (or any other Anti virus). Select Start , then open Settings . Under Privacy & security , select Windows Security > Firewall & network protection.

Step 5: Enable identity theft monitoring in Defender

If you have Microsoft Office 365 subscription, you can enable identity theft monitoring in Defender. Please find the detail in below link.
