Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to this forum. I'm Ravi, just like you, a fellow Microsoft user and I'm here to help you with your question today.
Unfortunately you cannot manually transfer an existing Microsoft 365 subscription from one Microsoft account to another. However, you can turn off recurring billing for the existing subscription, and then purchase a new subscription using the other Microsoft account.
Could you please follow below steps,
Step 1: Set up a new Microsoft 365 subscription with the Microsoft account you want to transfer to
Before beginning this transfer, a new Microsoft 365 subscription needs to be activated and associated with your name. Please click on below link for opening a new account.

Step 2: Decide what services you want to transfer and update
You may not need to transfer everything associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription, but if you're using any of the services or features like family safety, OneDrive etc, there are steps you may need to take depending on what you're using, and who might be affected by your planned subscription transfer.
Step 3. Cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription with current email
You can cancel the current subscription using below link. https://support.microsoft.com/office/6334375a-a4ac-4047-9d6c-26c278a79a4e
You'll continue to have access to Microsoft 365 until the end of your subscription term. Exactly how long depends on if the subscription is paid monthly or annually, and where you are in the billing cycle at the time of cancellation.
Step 4. Close your Microsoft account Once the new account created, you can close the email with current provider.
