I would like to see the tasks I've created on "To do " on Calendar ?

Is that possible?

Google calendar has similar feature that allows Google tasks to sync with Google calendar.

Agree I have the same question. I want to see my tasks underneath my calendar in a week view with each task under a certain day.

This was so much easier with Microsoft tasks although it didn’t have iPhone support.

Can’t seem to find a solution to this. It’s really frustrating. Will be switching to Google because I’m tired of losing track of things.

Microsoft needs to stop spending so much time on the useless Copilot and AI stuff and get their tasks handling synced with their calendar. I don’t care about AI telling me Chick-fil-A is having a sale or whatever useless piece of information it gives me.

    Hello,

Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.

To connect Microsoft to Do with your Microsoft Outlook Calendar, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open Microsoft Outlook and go to the calendar view.
    2. In the Home tab, find the section for "Manage Calendars" and click on "Open Calendar."
    3. From the dropdown menu, select "From Internet."
    4. Now, open Microsoft To Do, go to Settings, and look for the option to share your tasks.
    5. Copy the link provided by Microsoft To Do for sharing tasks.
    6. Go back to Outlook, paste this link in the field provided after selecting "From Internet," and click "OK."

Your Microsoft To Do tasks should now appear in your Outlook Calendar. This integration allows you to manage your tasks and calendar in one place, similar to how Google Tasks syncs with Google Calendar.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Sincerely,

    Junyu Satoh

Hi, thank you for reaching out. My name is Deeksha and I'm a Microsoft user like yourself and I will try to help you as best as I can today.

For Microsoft 365 Subscribers: Open Microsoft Outlook: Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer. Go to Calendar View: Click on the Calendar icon at the bottom left corner to switch to the Calendar view. Open To Do Tasks: On the left-hand side, you should see a list of folders and options. Click on To-Do to open the Microsoft To Do tasks.

Sync To Do with Outlook Calendar: Click on the To-Do tab at the top. Click on View in To-Do to open your To-Do tasks. Add To-Do to Calendar: Open a task in To-Do. Click on the Add to My Day or Set due date option to add it to your Outlook calendar.

For Personal Accounts: Open Microsoft To Do: Launch Microsoft To Do on your computer or mobile device. Go to Settings: Click on the Settings (gear icon) at the bottom left corner. Connect to Outlook: Under Connected apps, click on Add a task to your calendar. Select Calendar: Choose the Outlook calendar you want to sync with. Add To-Do to Calendar: Once connected, any task with a due date will be added to your Outlook calendar automatically.

Steps to View Tasks in Outlook Calendar: Open Microsoft Outlook: Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer. Go to Calendar View: Click on the Calendar icon at the bottom left corner to switch to the Calendar view. View To Do Tasks: You should see your Microsoft To Do tasks displayed as events in the calendar on their dates.
