- try using a different web browser or use Incognito mode in your current browser. Attempt to open Microsoft Forms again.
- Update your web browser to the latest version. Restart the browser and try opening Microsoft Forms again.
- Make sure that your Windows 11 operating system is up to date: Go to Settings > Windows Update. Click Check for updates and install any available updates. Restart your computer and try opening Microsoft Forms again.
- Disable browser extensions individually to identify if any are causing the issue. Restart the browser and try opening Microsoft Forms again.
- Resetting your browser settings to default: Go to your browser’s settings. Reset the browser settings to default. Restart the browser and try opening Microsoft Forms again.
- Use a Different Device Try accessing Microsoft Forms from a different device to see if the issue is specific to your computer: Use a different computer or mobile device to access Microsoft Forms. If Microsoft Forms loads correctly on a different device, the issue could be with your computer.
