Microsoft Forms no longer loading - since Windows 11 update

I have recently updated to Windows 11.

When I click any of my Microsoft Forms they do not open. I either just get a forms logo or the wheel just spins (not an internet issue - everything else works)

Thanks for any help

Hi, thank you for reaching out. My name is Deeksha and I'm a Microsoft user like yourself and I will try to help you as best as I can today.

    1. Clear the cache and cookies in your web browser. Restart the browser and try opening Microsoft Forms again.
    2. try using a different web browser or use Incognito mode in your current browser. Attempt to open Microsoft Forms again.
    3. Update your web browser to the latest version. Restart the browser and try opening Microsoft Forms again.
    4. Make sure that your Windows 11 operating system is up to date: Go to Settings > Windows Update. Click Check for updates and install any available updates. Restart your computer and try opening Microsoft Forms again.
    5. Disable browser extensions individually to identify if any are causing the issue. Restart the browser and try opening Microsoft Forms again.
    6. Resetting your browser settings to default: Go to your browser’s settings. Reset the browser settings to default. Restart the browser and try opening Microsoft Forms again.
    7. Use a Different Device Try accessing Microsoft Forms from a different device to see if the issue is specific to your computer: Use a different computer or mobile device to access Microsoft Forms. If Microsoft Forms loads correctly on a different device, the issue could be with your computer.

Try these steps and hopefully, it resolves your issue. In case you need further help or assistance, please let us know. You can also contact Microsoft Support if the problem persists.

    Best regards Deeksha

We're having this same issue in our enterprise environment. For some users, it works just fine. We've got a form that our employees use daily and it's embedded into a Sharepoint site. For some users, the form just loads. When I go to forms.office.com, I just get a white screen that says "Loading"

I've cleared cache and cookies, reset browser settings, tried different PC's, different browsers, we're still currently on Win 10

It's because Microsoft is a greedy joke of a business. I have to go buy an external keyboard to fix their update mistake. What real company has you buying equipment to fix their mess up.

Problem fixed on step 4 - thanks Deeksha Ravishankar. There was more updates behind the main update and a restart fixed it.
