Hello and thanks for the reply.

We are experiencing problems because our mail to gmail recipients go straight to spam.

Google refers to its rules that came on 1 February that the sender must have SPF, DMARC and DKIM records up to date.

We did not have DKIM in place until Feb 1st and therefore it seems that our domain has been classified as a spam domain by google.
So we are working urgently to try to remove that stamp. However, our domain and IP reputation remain at 100% bad according to Google Postmaster.

SPF records are the only thing that we see that does not always get a "pass" on the Dmarc reports from google.

We don't get real answers from Google about why it has happened and what we can do to get out of the spam classification, unfortunately.

    Dear Mikael Nielsen2,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, I understand that you're getting Dkim rapports from google there Microsoft outboundprotection.outlook.com fails SPF test.

It is not uncommon for emails sent from Microsoft's outboundprotection.outlook.com to fail SPF validation. This is because the SPF record for the sending domain may not include the Microsoft servers that are used for sending emails. However, this does not necessarily mean that there is an issue with your email delivery. If you are experiencing any specific issues with email delivery, I would recommend checking your SPF record to ensure that it includes the Microsoft servers used for sending emails.

I hope the above information will be helpful. Please feel free to let me know if there are any updates or if I've got you wrong, so I can provide further suggestion.
