It appears I have two microsoft 365 accounts- one as an individual and another as a business. I only want one account but I also dont want to lose anything from either account when consolidating.

    Thank you for contacting us, I am happy to help with this!

    For security reasons, it's not possible to merge or combine Microsoft accounts, nor can you transfer such things as your game progress or gamertag, account purchases and balance from one account to another. Microsoft personal accounts and Microsoft 365 work or school accounts can be used side by side.

    O365 Business is fundimentall different to O365 Personal/family and you cannot "consolodate"

    Only the single O365 version should be installed If that is O365 Bus you can still access O365 Personal in your browser, web access
