How do you change the "cover" photo to one you can upload instead of the stock?

I wanted to upload a .png file (our company logo) to use and assign as the "Cover Photo" for a Meeting Minutes template. I have tried every way I can think of and the most I can do is put the .png image into the body of the template itself., but there is no way to move it up to the cover section. There also doesn't seem to be anyway to assign a custom image when clicking the "Update Cover" and I asked Copilot, but it just keeps giving me the instructions of how to update the stock picture to a different stock picture.

Little help?

This would be a needed feature. I can’t send out professional minutes from our company using a stock photo.

    Hiya, yes! I agree!

I'm a One Note enthusiast and I wanted to try Lopp, and the first thing I tried to do was upload the company logo to the workspace, and found that is not possible.

I think is a pretty basic feature.

I will also follow the suggestion here to give feedback and push this important and basic must-have feature.

    Best regards.

    Diego

    Hello,

Thank you for posting here in Microsoft Community.

Basing on your description, you are trying to create a meeting minutes template using the Microsoft Loop, which does not offer you to upload your own file but provides you stock pictures instead. Just to set your expectations, that Microsoft Loop is still in preview or development stage, which it may lack certain features. I assure you that our Loop engineers are continously working on improving it.

Just to confirm if I got the your concern right. Are you referring to this feature?

    ..

If yes, I am afraid it's currently limited to this stock images. What I highly suggest is you can send feedback to the Loop team by doing this:

    • In the bottom right corner, select HelpGive feedback. Giving feedback in Microsoft Loop
    • On Android or iOS, tap your profile picture at the top left to find Help and feedback.

    Best regards,

    Arquel C.

    "Feedback" Should NOT Be Required!

This same "issue," of limited / non-existent header customization, exists in multiple Microsoft web applications, including Loop. As others have said, you can't expect professionals to use a product, whose appearance options look ridiculous. In an age of CoPilot and Microsoft's AI Image Generator, it should be a no-brainer for the Loop team to integrate, with presets for the correct dimensions. Bonus points for making it easy to upload company logos, etc.

It's been a hot minute now... have we looked into this feature yet? How do we become aware of new features being added?
