I am getting the attached error while trying to access my previous certification.

I tried in an incognito window and cleared the cache.

Please help to resolve this.

Regards,

Dr. Gomathi

    Guys through a workaround I did reschedule my exam.

    While on the Certificate where the "oops.." error appears, Inspect the page (through right click). Then click on Network and under Headers you will find the Request URL, it should be this;

    [https://learn.microsoft.com/api/certification/dashboardsummary

    Copy & paste in a new tab and this must show you your summary (it would be in text format). From their find the URL for rescheduling your exam. Copy the entire URL (it would be a long one), paste it into a new tab and there you have it.

    You can reschedule the exam through Pearson VUE. I just did.

    Please refer the link [https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact

    You can call them based on your region or you can even mail them.

    My preference is to call them and reschedule. They will do it immediately.
