    1. Deactivate Microsoft 365 on the old computer (optional): If you want to free up a license for the new computer, you can deactivate Microsoft 365 on the old computer. To do this:

    a. Open any Office application (e.g., Word, Excel).

    b. Click on "Account" or your user icon in the top right corner.

    c. Select "Sign out" or "Switch account."

    d. Follow the prompts to sign out and deactivate the license.

    1. Install and Activate on New Computer:

    a. On your new computer, sign in to your Microsoft account associated with the MS 365 subscription.

    b. Head over to https://account.microsoft.com/account.

    c. In the "Install" section, click the "Install" button to download the Office 365 setup file.

    d. Run the downloaded setup and follow the on-screen instructions to install Office.

    e. Once installed, launching any Office application will automatically activate the license using your Microsoft account.

    1. Activate Microsoft 365 on the new computer:

    a. Open any Office application after installation (e.g., Word, Excel).

    b. You might be prompted to sign in. If not, click on "Account" or your user icon in the top right corner.

    c, Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with your subscription.

    d. Follow the prompts to activate your subscription.
