    Its not legit sofware.

I spent $63.92 on StackSocial for 2 license keys for Office 2019 for WIndows. Neither key worked. Both used by someone else. I am asking Microsoft to provide the 2 keys as a replacement. StackSocial has no live customer service agents and has sent me irrelevant replies. I am going to file a complaint with the Florida Department of Consumer Protection, Elder Abuse/Fraud. Please help. Bob Herring

Hello Bob H, Welcome to Microsoft Community. I am a Microsoft user just like you, I hope you are well. Sorry for the inconvenience. However, if you purchase a Microsoft Office product key from a third party retailer and upon using, you are prompted that the product key has already been used on another device, Microsoft will not provide you a replacement product key. You purchased from StackSocial so you are expected to contact them and inform them of this error. If you are unable to reach their support, there is nothing Microsoft can do, which is why I always advise users to purchase directly from Microsoft store. Please let me know if you need more assistance. Give back to the Community, Help the next person who has this issue by indicating if this reply solved your problem. Click Yes or No below. Hi Raymond, thanks for your info. I guess it's a lesson learned to not trust 3rd parties when it comes to MS license keys. Thank you. I am filing a FL Department of Consumer Protection/Elder Care Fraud complaint against StackSocial Commerce. They received $63.92 from me promising MS Office 2019 and provided no value. I also notified Visa. When I am reimbursed, I will close the issue. Thank you again.
