A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hi, thank you for reaching out. My name is Deeksha and I'm a Microsoft user like yourself and I will try to help you as best as I can today.

Step 3: Reset OneDrive On Windows: Press Windows + R keys together to open the Run dialog. Type %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset and press Enter. After executing the command, restart your computer. On macOS: Open Terminal from Applications > Utilities. Paste defaults write com.microsoft.OneDrive ResetOneDriveAppLibrary TRUE and press Enter. Restart your computer.

Step 5: Check File Path Length Ensure that the file path of your OneDrive files does not exceed the maximum character limit. Long file paths can sometimes cause syncing issues.
Step 6: Check Disk Space Make sure there is enough disk space available on your computer and OneDrive.
Step 7: Contact OneDrive Support If the issue persists, contact OneDrive Support for further assistance.
Step 8: Restore Files If your files are corrupted or missing, you may be able to restore them from the OneDrive Recycle Bin or from a previous version: Right-click on the OneDrive cloud icon and select View online. Navigate to the Recycle Bin and check if your files are there. Right-click on the corrupted file and select Version history to restore a previous version.
Step 9: Backup Important Files As a precaution, backup your important files to an external drive or another cloud storage service.
Try these steps and hopefully, it resolves your issue. In case you need further help or assistance, please let us know. You can also contact Microsoft Support if the problem persists.
Best regards Deeksha
