I signed up for a Microsoft Office 365 Personal trial. I've just gone to try and cancel it (so I don't get charged), but am struggling to find out how to do so. I have followed the help articles on how to do it. Account > Services & Subscriptions > Manage > but when I click manage, instead of taking me to a page where I can click cancel, it takes me to the Office 365 hub every single time. I have tried to access my subscription details various different ways, but everytime I click Manage I am taken to the Hub.
I have tried to request a call back through the virtual agent every day for the past week, but am met with the same error message "We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later." I have also tried the phone lines but they only accept calls about business accounts.
Would very much appreciate some help on this, as I cannot afford the bill if I get charged a full annual price. Thanks.

When I click on manage, it just takes me to the Office Hub page, not to any page that says Cancel.
