I am hoping someone will be able to help me.
I am thinking about going back to Microsoft 365 (i was with them before but could not get my application to work with emails)
But before I do I need to make sure I can setup my helpdesk software to be able to use Microsoft 365 email.
I am using two helpdesks at this time.
System Centre Service Manager and Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus.
I need the Manage engine help to be able to access a mailbox and be able to email out from said mailbox and if I can get SCSM to work that will be a bonus
(I will have a dedicated user/email account for this application)
When I tried this before I tried to get help from Microsoft but there were not able to do it; plus I don't think there understood what I wanted to do with the email
So basically I want to know hoe to setup a mailbox to be used by an application for emailing and receiving of email directly by the application.
If anyone can point me to the right direction to see if I can do this that would be amazing.
