Pronto Xi export to excel - switch to error message

HI

I have an issues, when I export Pronto Xi - XML doc to excel, get this error message "This action cannot be completed because the "Book1 - Excel" program is not responding, choose "Switch To" and correct the problem."

I'm using office 2016

    Hi Afeef,

    Did you manage to contact anyone on Pronto's side for any help with this issue? Usually, when an application isn't responding, it's due to a performance issue but in this case I think it might be a compatibility issue between Pronto XI and Excel, and I think you might find better luck regarding the issue if you contact Pronto for more assistance: https://www.pronto.net/software-support/
