Hello.

I have this issue when I enter Microsoft Word or Microsoft PowerPoint, the message "Your school account is no longer active" with a button says "Reactivate."

However, when I press the button, nothing happens. It's strange since I used to use my Microsoft Word application before and such issue never occurred. I have a university account that includes Office application services, it uses Microsoft 365 A3 for students use benefit subscription plan. Can anyone help?

Regarding the error message you have to contact your Office 365 admin.

How may I find this admin? It's the university that give me this account, if you mean them, I don't think they have any relation with this issue, since the problem only occurs (As far as I'm aware) with Word and PowerPoint, other applications that I use such as Excel work swimmingly, so I assumed the issue to be solely from Word and PowerPoint or from my account, or anything else.

Since you are an end user contact your Office 365 admin. (i.e. contact the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password for further assistance).
