    Hi Simon Winston1,

    Good day.

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.

May I know what type of Outlook you have, is it classic or new Outlook for Windows or Mac?

In Classic Outlook you can find rules in Outlook by following these steps:

    • Open Outlook and select File > Manage Rules & Alerts to open the Rules and Alerts dialog box.
    • On the Email Rules tab, you can see the list of existing rules, create new rules, edit or delete rules, or run rules manually.
    • To create a new rule, select New Rule and choose a template or a blank rule from the options.
    • To edit or delete a rule, select the rule and click Edit Rule or Delete.
    • To run a rule manually, select the rule and click Run Rules Now.

You can also create a rule directly from a message you’ve already received by right-clicking the message and selecting Rules > Create Rule. For more information on how to create and manage rules in Outlook, you can check out these Microsoft articles:

I hope this helps, should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me. Look forward to hearing from you.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
