Dear Shannon Herrera,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
Based on your description, I understand your concern. Unfortunately, once an email has been sent, it cannot be recalled or deleted from the recipient's inbox. However, some email services offer a feature called "recall" or "undo send" that allows you to retract an email within a certain time frame after sending it. To check if this feature is available in your email service, you can search for instructions on how to use it.
In Microsoft Outlook, for example, you can recall a message by going to the "Sent Items" folder, selecting the message you want to recall, and clicking on the "Actions" tab, then "Recall This Message." Keep in mind that this feature may not always work, especially if the recipient has already opened or read the email. Please refer to Recall or replace a sent email - Microsoft Support and Recall or replace an email message that you sent in Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Support.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
