Hello 🚨

I haven’t installed Office in a while, and I have to do it now. I need to install it on my laptop.

However, I can’t find the right section in the admin interface.

Could you please assist me?

The screenshots are in French, but you can guide me to the correct section in English.

Thank you in advance! 😊

    Hi MacUser829,

Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.

According to your description, firstly, you need to ensure that you have the appropriate subscription for your account. Please go to Users> Active users> find and select your account> select the "Licenses and apps" tab. Ensure that you can see one of the following subscriptions.

    Microsoft 365 Business Standard

    Microsoft 365 Business Premium

    Microsoft 365 Apps for business

    Microsoft 365 E3

    Microsoft 365 E5

    Microsoft 365 F3

    • If you can see one of the above subscriptions, please tick one subscription. After that, you can go to www.office.com and click "Install Microsoft 365 apps" to download and install the Office suite.

    • If you don't see any of the above subscriptions, this means that your organization doesn't have the appropriate subscription to use the desktop version of Office apps. You need to purchase the appropriate subscription via Billing> Purchase services.

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    George | Microsoft Community Moderator
