I can barely see or read most of it. The ruler and ribbon features I used to use I am struggling with. I will not be renewing this if they don't get it fixed.

I am writing a novel and sentences span the breath of the page, from left to right, then there are sentences which are only four or five words on a line for four or five lines, then it reverts to the normal page layout. Can anyone let me know how to fix this so that all text is from the left to the right, not stopping half way. I hope that I have been clear about my issue.
