I had to change my password but it keeps telling me it doesn't meet to criteria, but there is no where to tell me how long or what digits to use

I need to change my password and when I do it is taking me out does not meet the length, age or complexity of the passwords.

I've tried many ways but there is no where to tell me how long or what digits to use

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For home | Windows

    May I know if you are referring to your Microsoft account password? If so, you will need to comply the minimum password requirements. The minimum requirements are the following:

    -At least 8 characters -A combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols or special characters. -Different from your previous passwords.
