    Hello Rose_100,

I'm Shalom and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

To show all data points in a box and whisker plot in Microsoft Excel, you can follow these steps:

    1. Select Your Data: Ensure your data is organized properly in Excel. Typically, for a box and whisker plot, you'll have one column for the category (e.g., groups, treatments) and another column for the corresponding numerical values.
    2. Insert a Box and Whisker Plot: Click on any cell within your data range. Then, navigate to the "Insert" tab on the Excel ribbon.
    3. Select the Box and Whisker Plot: Depending on your version of Excel, you might find this chart type under different names such as "Box and Whisker", "Box Plot", or "Box & Whisker".
    4. Customize the Chart: After inserting the chart, you can customize it to show all data points.

    a. Click on the chart to select it. b. Navigate to the "Chart Design" or "Chart Tools" tab on the Excel ribbon. c. Look for options such as "Select Data" or "Chart Elements" and click on it. d. In the dialog box that appears, find the option related to data points or series. You may need to select the series representing your data points. e. Make sure all data points are included in the series. If some data points are missing, you can add them manually by editing the series.

    1. Adjust the Axis: Sometimes, Excel automatically adjusts the axis scale, which might hide some data points. To ensure all data points are visible, you can manually adjust the axis scale.

    a. Right-click on the axis where the data points are plotted (usually the vertical axis). b. Select "Format Axis" from the context menu. c. In the Format Axis pane, under the Axis Options, set the minimum and maximum bounds as needed to include all data points.

    1. Finalize and Format: Once you've adjusted the chart to show all data points, you can further format it as needed, including adding titles, labels, and other elements to make the visualization clear and informative.

    Best Regards, Shalom
