Macro: Convert Image Text into Word Text

I was wondering if it was possible to replace the image into the text of the image (for both English and Non-English Language Characters).

    What you need is OCR software. Word doesn't include any such, but there is rudimentary OCR in OneNote. It's pretty good provided your source text is legible, though you will still have to do some cleanup. Paste your image into OneNote, right-click, and choose "Copy Text from Picture." Here's an example of the results:
