Ctrl+P will open the Print dialog or Backstage tab. If you have a physical printer installed and selected as the Windows default, and all you want to do is print the entirety of a document (with markup, by default), you can just click Print. Or you can select a different printer (including the Microsoft Print to PDF printer, which creates a PDF file). You can select to print specific pages or sections, disable the option to print markup, change the size of the printout, etc., using other controls on that page.
