I don't know the collect part for this issue, so that I'm posting here.

Please teach me if I need to post other part.

I'm using Copilot App on iOS.

I tried to sign-in many times, but it all failed with the attached error.

Could you please give me any solutions?

Thanks!

iOS ver.17.3.1

Copilot App ver.27.9.420304002

    Hello Keisuke,

    * I am a Microsoft user like you trying to provide solutions to members of this community; I do NOT work for Microsoft.

Several users have experienced the same error as you since January this year, and the issue is mostly experienced by people who use work/school accounts, as seen in this thread (https://answers.microsoft.com/thread/1b145592-48d0-421e-8fcd-166c416dd19a).

Tin Zhang MSFT a Microsoft Agent on the thread suggests that users should raise a service request at https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support so that they can check it from the backend for you.

Meanwhile, another user (Divyesh Doshi1) got a response from the Microsoft Support Team that reads thus: "i got reply from Microsoft Support team that. Microsoft Co-Pilot with Work or School account will only work if intune setup is done in Mobile Device. find detail reply from support team as below.

Work/school accounts must be managed via Intune to use the Copilot mobile app. Microsoft is aware of the issue and currently there is no ETA. The workaround is to use a personal account or an account that is managed via Intune."

I hope this answers your question.

So their work around is for work users to purchase an additional license. Not a solution but a failure to properly advertise licensing requirements??
