    Dear Asma Al Balushi,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As far as I know, I'm sorry and I'm afraid Microsoft Word does not have any built-in feature to listen to a meeting and record it then create minutes automatically. Sorry for the inconvenience.

However, Word for the web has a feature called Transcribe, it can transcribe audio recordings and converts speech to a text.

For more detailed information, please refer to this support article **** Transcribe your recordings - Microsoft Support

So you may firstly record the meeting and then use Word for the web to transcribe the meeting record (audio file).

I hope it helps! Let me know if you have any concerns, I'll be glad to help you further.

Thanks for your time and understanding!

We hope you have a nice day. Stay safe and healthy always.

    Sincerely,

    Tina | Microsoft Community Moderator
