How to insert citation in office 365 word

I can't insert citation or bibliography in office 365 because there is no "Citations & Bibliography". How do I do it? I am using office 365 as a student.

    If you are running an online version of Word in your web browser, you won't have access to all the functionality of the Windows version.

    However, the good news, judging by your screen shot, is that you have access to Mendeley Cite. Mendeley help should be able to provide further assistance. See https://www.mendeley.com/guides.
