I get (System error: 0xc004f013) when entering a product key.

did all the reinstall stuff and the fix stuff.

Trying to upgrade to Word 2021 on Windows 11

word 2016 works well

    Strictly speaking, there are no upgrade versions of Office. Getting Office 2021 means to get a new product, if you had Office 2016 before.

    Which Office 2021 product did you purchase? From Microsoft or from some retailer?
