was locked out for 30 days. because i tried 3 times and had wrong password.
why 30 days? that is ridiculous. i couldnt remember which email i had used.
then received an email telling me my account will be restored but with the recovery email.
i tried it. made a new password but never got the verification codes requested.. still cant sign in still to request them help with office 365 MAC which i paid for but never worked.

2024-06-14T04:06:29+00:00 I spent a couple of hours trying to find a way to contact MS and my conclusion is that MS's indifference and apathy equates to abuse. To be forced into a loop in the hope of finding help with them knowing full well that there is no options to help is in the least an act of bastardry.
To continually save an excel file then open it later to find it opens a version hours earlier is a case of a product that is not fit for purpose.
Even after a complete operating system deletion and loading all apps again and then a couple of days later the same issue arises strongly suggests an issue with excel.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE FRACTURED so that it can again learning the meaning of respect.
