I do not see an Advanced Option...Is there another way to allow the customer to select their meeting type option?

Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately, I don't see an "Advanced Options" section on my service page or anywhere within Bookings.

    Dear Christine_FC

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know the scenario you met. For this, to allow the person booking an appointment to choose a phone meeting, Teams meeting, or in-person meeting in Microsoft Bookings, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Bookings.
    2. Click on the "Calendar" tab.
    3. Click on the "Services" tab.
    4. Click on the service you want to edit.
    5. Scroll down to the "Advanced options" section.
    6. Check the box next to "Allow customers to choose a location for their appointment."
    7. Select the options you want to offer under "Location options." You can choose "Phone," "Teams," and "In person."
    8. Click "Save" to save your changes.

Once you have enabled this option, customers will be able to choose their preferred meeting location when booking an appointment with you.

Hope this can help. If this cannot help, for this, I am willing to help you but since your problem is related to Bookings, to help you better,we have now our dedicate team for booking app , I recommend that you post yout query (based on) in Microsoft Bookings - Microsoft Community Hub.
