When I hover mouse over any of the Excel Icons, the description is not there. How do I make this appear?

Looking how to make icon descriptions display when hovering mouse in Excel. When I go to File-->Options, there is only "Regional Format Settings" with no ability to select anything.

    You're using the free Excel Online web app. The web apps provide far fewer features than the desktop software. Screen Tips are not a part of the web app UI.

    Ohhh ok. It's attached with my Microsoft outlook work account and that's all connected to one drive. Bummer. Thank you Bob!

    lol thanks. I'm sure I'm on a mac, but it's the excel that came with my microsoft office work account. I think Bob Jones is right, but I'll confirm with my company if this is the free watered down version. Thank you!

    There is no such thing as File > Options. Are you sure you are using a Mac?

    I can not find any option that lets you turn screentips off for Ribbon items.
