I purchase a laptop from acer and it give microsoft office for free but it did't active the account but pre install

Generally, the pre-installed versions do not need to be activated as they are not Microsoft 365 apps, please check with acer for details on whether the product activation code comes with the laptop or requires you to purchase a separate Microsoft 365 license.
