You won't see those buttons unless you have a right-to-left language enabled.

Are you referring to paragraph alignment (as Doug assumes) or the direction of the text (left-to-right or right-to-left)? If the latter, you should have the text direction buttons in the Paragraph group on the Home tab.

It is in the Paragraph section of the Home tab of the ribbon,

Or, if you use the dialog launcher by clicking the button at the bottom right of the Paragraph section of the ribbon, you can select Right from the Alignment dropdown.

    Hi Asra Mahmoudi!

I am Shakiru, a user like you, and I am glad to be helping you out today.

Instead, close all Office applications, restart, and run a quick Repair from Windows Settings (or Control Panel).

See https://support.microsoft.com/office/7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b Please let me know how it goes

If that does not work, reinstall the Microsoft Office app

    Thank you

    Best Regards,

    Shaakiru
