Hi,
I'm trying to find out if there is a way to create an Intake Form using Microsoft Project. The Intake Form will be used by different users to ask for different types of tasks from our organization. If not but there is a different product to use as a part of Office 365, please let me know.
Any recommendations would be great to have.

Project for the web is connected to the Microsoft Dataverse connection. You may use the Microsoft Dataverse connector which works with Project schedule APIs to connect Project for the web with PowerApps and Power Automate.

If you mean Project for the web, there may be no form function.
To create the customized form, I suggest you use PowerApps. It can be connected to Project for the web for the custom automation process with Power Automate.
