Is it possible to make Microsoft Flow based on an existing flow by simply copy and pasting the flow or saving it under another name? I want to make a virtually identical Microsoft Flow with the only difference being the destination Microsoft List that I am using as a database.

This is a short question. But I think there is not much that needs to be explained. If you need more clarificiation, please let me know.

    Dear respected William,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We went through your post and understood your concern of Microsoft Power Automate Flows. In this situation, since community moderators here focus on out-of-the-box features in Office apps and SharePoint, we have limited experience with flows, I suggest you post your concern in the Microsoft Power Automate Community - Power Platform Community to get the dedicated and professional support from experts and engineers there.

Apologies for redirecting you to a different community as category members have limited knowledge about flow building, to get the best and fastest assistance, we redirect you the right way.

Still I tried to search something in online, and it seems possible to make a new Microsoft Flow based on an existing flow by copying and pasting the flow or saving it under another name, which is called creating a copy of the flow. See: Make a copy of your flow | Power Automate Blog (microsoft.com)

But to make sure you can get the professional explanation and guidance on this, we still recommend you post and confirm in the Power Automate Community in case there have any other tricks or tips to do the flow copy action for you.

Let me know if I made any misunderstanding or there have anything else I can do for you. I appreciate your time and effort on checking these above and thank you for your time and cooperation. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Mia | Microsoft Community Moderator
