How do I set up a call with an expert at Microsoft (Teams Tasks, Channels, and Sharepoint)?

My retail company is specifically working to utilize Teams Channels and Teams Tasks for all of our stores. We are currently seeing issues with store teams being disconnected from our current Teams Hierarchy OR not being connected to a shared plan to be able to view published tasks. I need to speak with an expert to ensure this is set up correctly and without any risk that our store teams could disconnect themselves from our hierarchy.

How do I get a team re-connected to their shared plan so they can view tasks published to our hierarchy?

Why are teams included in our hierarchy upload getting disconnected and how can I keep this from happening?

How do I set up a call with an expert to connect on my company's strategy and ensure we are setting things up correctly? (We use all Microsoft products but are particularly interested in talking through Teams Tasks, Teams Channels, and Sharepoint.)

    Msft doesn't offer support except to premium customers who pay for it, and even then it's like pulling teeth, If you can frame specific questions you can ask the volunteers or Msft agents here, or the Q&A site, or in Sharepoint stack exchange at https://sharepoint.stackexchange.com/
