I want to pay for Microsoft Office but can't

This is so painful. I just want to pay for Microsoft Office. That's it. But there are so many infinite loop sign in issues, so many bugs in payment, so many renewal issues, so many regional/change address issues, that I can't do it. No one at MS can help me. I just want to pay for personal Office! That's it! Every card, PayPal, everything is rejected with no useful error message. How is Microsoft so broken?

I've done this multiple times! No one can help! This is infuriating and no one is competent or authoritative enough to deal with it. I'm switching to Google Docs—free and easy.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the feedback.

I'm sorry, but unfortunately, I don't have any further troubleshooting to offer.

Many knowledgeable users are active on the forum, and I hope someone else can offer further insight into your issue.

    Kind Regards, Shakiru

    Hi,

I am Shakiru, an independent advisor and a user like you, and I am glad to be helping you out today.

First, to avoid misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users helping other users. We do not work for Microsoft and have no access to any user account so there is nothing we can do or check from within the forum. We have no input on Microsoft's policies, procedures, or design decisions.

In this case, you need to contact the Microsoft Billing Support Team via chat at

https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2214328 Please follow the steps below to avoid being directed to an AI chatbot.

Type or describe the issue in the search bar Click on the "Get Help" button Click the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the page Select your option under "Product and services" and "Categories" Choose your Support option, preferably select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" Enter your email address and Confirm your email again

Once you do that, a service request will be open and you will need to exercise patience for the Microsoft Support Agent to chat with you live

Please let me know how it goes with Microsoft Support and if you need any other assistance, I will be more than happy to help further.

    Thank you

    Best Regards, Shakiru
