EXCEL TRAINING

How and whats the most economical route to getting individual training packages in Excel, or other MS Office packages, ie. Word, etc. without getting fully involved in MS 365 ? I am not currently subscribing to any of Microsoft Propriety packages such as MS 365, and do not at present intend to.
