To change your Microsoft billing date, you need to turn off recurring billing for your current subscription, let your subscription expire on the current billing date, and resubscribe on the day you want the new billing cycle to start. Please note that it’s not possible to directly change the billing date from within your account settings. The method described above is the recommended way to adjust the billing cycle to your preferred date.

This is unacceptable from such a large company! Make it happen!! I can't cancel it and wait, I reply on it too much

You can’t change the billing date.. you would have to cancel your subscription and start again on the day you want payment to come on.
