    Thank you for providing the screenshot, Shine_453. This error might be due to a policy restriction either by your organization or the recipient organization if it is outside. You may contact your IT administrator or your organization for further discussion regarding the policy that might be restricting. If there's none, you may need to contact the recipient's IT administrator via other means (phone, in person, etc.) and ask them to inform their email admin about your email delivery problem. Their email admin might need to reconfigure the recipient's mailbox to accept emails from you.
