I can't sign in. It ask to change password. But it keeps on rejected

    I understand you are unable to sign into your Microsoft account.

    Could you please state whether it is a business or a Personal account?

    For the Business Account, please get in touch with the Admin of the Business account.

    For a personal account, what are you trying to do to get a prompt to change the password?
