Hi I’m a Microsoft user like yourself and I will try to help you as best as I can today.

Editing a Word Document Using Microsoft Word for Mac Open Microsoft Word: Click on the Word icon in your Applications folder or use Spotlight (Cmd + Space) to search and open it. Open your document: Go to "File" > "Open" in the menu bar. Navigate to where your document is saved (e.g., on your computer or in cloud storage). Select the document and click "Open". Edit your document: You can add or delete text, insert images, apply formatting, and more. Use the toolbar at the top of the window to find different editing options like font style, paragraph settings, and insert options. Save your changes: Click "File" > "Save" to save the changes in the same file. To save a new version, click "File" > "Save As" and choose a new name or location for the document.

Editing a Word Document Using Apple Pages Open Pages: Find Pages in your Applications folder or search for it using Spotlight. Import the Word document: Open Pages, then go to "File" > "Open". Locate the Word document, select it, and click "Open". Edit your document: Similar to Word, you can edit text, format paragraphs, and add multimedia. The toolbar at the top provides all the necessary tools. Save or export your document: To save the edits in Pages format, simply go to "File" > "Save". To export back to Word format, go to "File" > "Export To" > "Word", and follow the prompts to save it as a Word document.

Editing a Word Document Using Google Docs Access Google Docs: Open a web browser and go to the Google Docs website (docs.google.com). Make sure you are signed in with your Google account. Upload the Word document: Click on the folder icon to open the file picker. Select the "Upload" tab and drag your Word document into the space provided or use the "Select a file from your device" button to locate and select your document. Edit your document: Once uploaded, the Word document will open in Google Docs. Edit as needed using the tools provided in the toolbar. Save and download the edited document: Google Docs saves automatically, but if you want to download the document as a Word file: Go to "File" > "Download" > "Microsoft Word (.docx)".

Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any questions. Microsoft Support is available for further assistance if the issue persists.

    Best Regards Deeksha
