Excel will NOT freeze more than one row, so I have to change the height of row one to get all my info in. Never had that issue with Windows.

Excel Mac works exactly the same regarding freeze rows as Windows.
To freeze the first 3 rows, select cell A4, then click the Freeze Panes button on the View tab of the Ribbon.
