How to have files in one shared drive get automatically updated in another shared drive?

At work, we use multiple SharePoints. SharePoint 1 would be for Team 1, SharePoint 2 would be for Team 2, so on and so forth.

I work mainly out of SharePoint 1. There are files pertinent to Team 2, thus I would like these files to also be updated in SharePoint 2.

How do I ensure that my worked on files in SharePoint 1 are automatically reflected in SharePoint 2? I have tried creating shortcuts but the system does not allow it because the SharePoints belong to different owners.

Any solution would be appreciated to make my work more efficient.

    Dear respected  Anonymous_782,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, in SharePoint online web UI document library, you may use built-in "Link" feature to automatically updates file in another SharePoint.

You just select the file and "copy link" and then go to destination SharePoint library and click + New button and click on "Link" and past the link.
