I understand your concern and to my knowledge, the error message you are encountering will be generally prompted when you sign into the Office apps with another Office 365 account from the same Office 365 organization.
So, I request you to try the following steps and check the outcome:
Step 1: Quit all Office apps on your iOS device.
Step 2: Open the iOS Settings> Scroll down to Microsoft Excel and click on it> Reset> Enable all options> Do the same for other Office apps.
Step 3: Restart your iOS device> Open the Office apps such as Word> Sign in with your Office 365 account and check the outcome.
If still the same issue happens, I would like to confirm whether the same problem happens when you sign into the other iOS device.
In addition, do other users in your Office 365 organization are having the same issue?
