Just bought a new PC and need to download the November 2019 release but unable to find the link.
Would appreciate if someone could help me on this.

Click "Download tool now" to download MediaCreationTool1909.exe
Run MediaCreationTool1909.exe and pick your language/edition/architecture.
The procedure will take a while but you should finally get the ISO/USB or be able to upgrade this PC.

Do not work.
It say there is a newer vesion of the tool, and your only option is to go to the download page of the 2004 tool or close.

lookiin for 1909 version and all everyone points to is 2004

Windows 10 V1909 is latest version atm and its ISO file can be downloaded from official Microsoft site:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10ISO
The ISO file contains both Home and Professional edition.
