Hey,
we started to use Loop in our working group with our private MS accounts to evaluate if switching to a business subscription is worth it.
However, somehow Loop is quite unreliably working.
Initially, @ mentioning collegues was still working, but now I can only find one colleague, while my colleagues cant find anyone anymore.
They also dont get alerts/notifications anymore when I mention successfully one. Sometimes they get an email, but never a notification inside of Loop.
Furthermore, the Loop App on Android and iOS is not anymore working but either lagging or, in my case on android, immediately crashes when I open a Loop document. Before it was working without issues for weeks on my OnePlus 9 Pro smartphone. Reinstalling didnt solve it.
I am very confused that nobody seems to talk about this, but we all have those issues.
Many thanks for your time to help :)

Hello,
Loop does not send notifications when I assign or update assigned Tasks.
I have been able to find and assign tasks to my team members and know they are otherwise able to access Loop on their own without issue.
Does Microsoft have a fix for this issue?
Thanks
Can you point me to a help article on editing notifications from Loop for a corp account?
regarding the crashing android app:
Your suggestion deleting the app cache and data in the app settings, solved the issue! Reinstalling was not necessary.
Very good advice. Many thanks 🙏
Hello, Mr. Gerrit.
Welcome to the Microsoft Community Forum. Please accept our warmest regards and sincerest hope that all is well.
I understand that you are experiencing issues with Microsoft Loop.
Regarding the @ mentioning issue, it's possible that the colleagues you are trying to mention have not yet joined the Loop workspace or have not been added to the specific document you are mentioning them in. As for the notifications issue, please make sure that your colleagues have enabled notifications for Loop in their device settings.
Regarding the Loop app crashing on your Android device, please try clearing the app cache and data, and then reinstalling the app. If the issue persists, please try updating your device's operating system and the Loop app to the latest version.
If the issues still persist, please provide your experience as feedback to our developers directly. They'd love to hear from you about what's working well, what's not, and any ideas for improvements, including possible new features and functions. Your contribution will help us improve the user experience for you and all users around the world.
As explained in the link below, Microsoft Loop is still in Public Preview. As such, there are still features that need to be improved, and so problems like the one you have can't be solved right away.
